How to organize Categories and Tags

Just put index.html in the folder, whose name indicating the name of node, under categories or tags. Nested folder is accepted by Jekyll, but the nesting relationship is not exist. Although all the node is under the first level, it’s more clear and organized than putting them in only folder.
